I signed up for service in December was told I would not be charged any additional fees than my monthly bill because all installation and device was included except my 5 th device which would be $7.00 a month. Technician came yo do our installation recommended the wireless set up, 8 specifically asked if there would be any additional charges he informed me no!
When I received my first bill I had an extra charge of $148 for device and wireless installation... I contacted customer care but nothing was done. This is false representation from your company!
I will not pay something I specifically asked about. I need someone to contact m asap
