I requested wireless internet and TV for viewing NFL and SEC football. I initiated the 1st inquiry on your website chat.

She recommended the $50 per month pkg. I agreed and accepted the service purchase. I was told all install and equipment fees were waived and that I would receive a $100 visa card for changing my service ( I was using Frontier). The dish was installed on Saturday.

We were told that AT&T would call us to connect the internet. When they didn't call we called DIRECTV customer service.

We were informed that we were NOT signed up for internet, that there was NO internet service in our area and rudely told that directv would not ever offer a bundle THAT cheap. We have been misled, lied to, talked down to, and essentially defrauded.
