Installation tech came a day early then what was initially scheduled. Internet was to be scheduled the same day.

Technician said he only installs tv portion. Waited and called customer service and was on hold half-hour. Technical difficulties with system are to many to mention. System wasn't in my home for 24 hours.

I wanted to cancel and I was told I would be charged 480.00 early termination fee. I wouldn't have wanted to cancel but the first line supervisor I spoke to was antagonistic, indifferent very condescending. A real *** over the phone. I'd like to see him in person.

If others are looking to get into direct tv be sure of everything before signing anything or handing over that credit card. They are really slick in their sales pitch.

I purchased this tv subscription while in Sams club. I feel Sams should represent me for being a customer buying services inside their store.
