I have been on the phone with them 4 times today/want to downgrade my package at the 34.99 or 39.99 one with the SyFy channel included, the last girl just stated that is only for new customers and I will not be a new customer for 2 more years, I am so very disappointed in Directv.I have already decided we will go with our cable company in my area and I will make sure everyone knows how horrible Directv can be.

They are not willing to try to work with you, we are on a fixed income until I find a job, how hard is it to do this.We have had Directv for years, at one time because they gave us a problem we went to Dish which we did not like, we returned to Directv and I am not happy with them.
