This company should really be ashamed of themselves!I was a customer with directv for two years and out of the two years I had the service I could only watch TV 10 percent of the time.
When the satelite was installed the service man knew that the trees behind my home hid the satelites so therefore I would receive no service.
Each time I called for someone to check out the problem the company would charge me $45.00 for the service call.If you are looking to sing up for this service please please be aware of this company!!!!
