this company offers different things at different times, and when you call back to inquire about previous offer, its apparently not available anymore after 5 mins. was offered 79 dollars for the genie mini for an extra receiver and apparently no where to be found is that offer when it was done by a manager.

was also told everything would be added onto my total bill and that came to be false after asking several times for the correct information. I even spoke with the loyalty department who was very professional and got the job done and even gave 199.00 dollar credit to help cover the cost of installation equip etc. theres apparently a HUGE lack consistency within this company when one dept can get *** correct and another cannot.

I expect contact back from this *** hole of a company to get my issues resolved. ill also be filing a complaint with pissed off consumer, the B.B.B, social media, and other review sites as well.
