My name is Freddy Romero, I opened my account with directv on June 15 2009. My software equipment came damage, the technician came to my apt and reported to directv.

The company sent me the wrong equipment which was ordered by his employee. I decided to call myself and complaint for the right software, its been 3 times that this equipment has been delivered wrong. The software that they keep sending me is not compatible with my internet. The last customer service I spoke to on 7/2/09 name Boroco/Supervisor said that if I wanted the same model of the dvr, I need to go to any store and buy it.

How is it possible that their dvr is damage and I have to pay the compatible dvr? What kind of service I am getting from Directv when I signed for a 2 year contract.
