I have been having the worst experience I have ever had with DirecTV. I have been having problems with my HD signal ever since I bought it and the Manager at DirecTV said they would send a techniction for FREE so I said great.

The Tech came and didn't speak very good English so it was hard for him to understand hat was wrong. After 30 minutes of looking at my TV he left. He didn't do anything and I got a bill for $80 dollars. I have tried several times to get them to reverse the charge but there customer service reps are very rude.

Don't do business with Directv.

There service is Horrible.
