They charge me for a promotion that I wasn't aware of that that I didn't approval then I called them and told them to turn off one of the boxes they directed me to somewhere overseas in two months they didn't come get the box now they charge me almost $300 for a box that I didn't use it I told him to come again and for service that I didn't Asfoor ask for manager and she was very rude and told me is nothing she can do

I just called Directv to ask them to adjust our satellite because for months the channels either scramble up or just freeze up.4 DVR shows last night froze within 10 minutes of shows starting.

I couldn't believe what they told me I had to do to get my channels corrected so I recorded their response.

They told me I would have to pay $49.95 to get my channels fixed despite paying a monthly bill.My husband listened & we are going back to Cox
