we could not watch the movie and all they offered was to not charge me for the movie I ordered which was the wrong movie I only ordered one they were not that courteous or sympathetic to my problem the other girl's name was Macy. I ordered the Mcgreggor/Diaz fight three hours before it started on 8/20.At 7pm when it was supposed to start, it didn't. Ordered a movie. Wouldn't play. *** said we ordered it in 3d. We didn't. Now they say we can order it again but still have to pay for the first one. Now, not only are we not watching the film, we're pissed. DIRECT TV SUCKS!

The customer services has been horrible. Their CS reps from directv have no idea to help. They spend their time trying to convince to switch to their satilite service. I will give it to my first billing then i will go back to slingtv. In addition they talk about on demand 72 hours. No clear direction on how to use it. The buffing for some channel is out of control.

After canceling my Directv account because I was moving, I paid my final bill. I mailed in my discs as they requested. After 2 months I was sent another bill for $5.39 finance charge. I paid it. Then after 4 months I was sent another bill for (4) movies ordered it said via remote control in 2012. Mind you it is now 2016. What bogus charges. Anyone can tell you that you have to pay your bill in full each month and that includes any movies ordered.

Almost every time I try to watch something in OnDemand or that I recorded on DVR, the program will suddenly just freeze, for no reason whatsoever, and I have to actually turn the box off and back on again just to be able to back to regular programming. They replaced their modem box. Their part of the system seemed to be completely restored. After completely resetting everything, the internet connection worked for about an hour. Just got Direct TV *** service.To be used by a 90 year old. Watching movies, there is a continuous buffering issue that pauses the movie and won't continue playing until "OK" is pressed...a tedious and annoying process for an elderly woman with bad eye sight and arthritis. Does no good to have movies you can't watch.Calling customer support is a tricky nightmare designed to prevent you from actually talking to someone to get issues resolved.

Can't order movies but remote or online.Call and they want to charge $5 to order by phone. Scam!!! they transfer to tech support and tech support says they fix it. So then I call back in a few days later because "the fix" didn't work and they say they no documentation you called in. And their system is very accurate and it would show I called.
