I ordered the Mcgreggor/Diaz fight three hours before it started on 8/20.At 7pm when it was supposed to start, it didn't. After canceling my Directv account because I was moving, I paid my final bill. I mailed in my discs as they requested. After 2 months I was sent another bill for $5.39 finance charge. I paid it. Then after 4 months I was sent another bill for (4) movies ordered it said via remote control in 2012. Mind you it is now 2016. What bogus charges. Anyone can tell you that you have to pay your bill in full each month and that includes any movies ordered.

Customer service is the worst.You will be put on hold for long periods of time. I called because the movie I rented did not go through and I wanted to rent a movie. They charged with both movies..the one I watched and the one that did not go through. I called back - they said they would refund the first movie. Almost every time I try to watch something in OnDemand or that I recorded on DVR, the program will suddenly just freeze, for no reason whatsoever, and I have to actually turn the box off and back on again just to be able to back to regular programming. They replaced their modem box. Their part of the system seemed to be completely restored. After completely resetting everything, the internet connection worked for about an hour. Just got Direct TV *** service.To be used by a 90 year old. Watching movies, there is a continuous buffering issue that pauses the movie and won't continue playing until "OK" is pressed...a tedious and annoying process for an elderly woman with bad eye sight and arthritis. Does no good to have movies you can't watch.Calling customer support is a tricky nightmare designed to prevent you from actually talking to someone to get issues resolved.

I m 69 yrs old and on a strict budget I called Directv and ask if I could drop down my programming to Select programming.I was told I could ,no problem in fact I was to recieve 3 mos at $30.00 off and then it would go to the reg price.
