Directv decided to charge me for the directv equipment being returned in the mail. They allow 21 days to return the equipment but that time starts before they even ship you the directv boxes required to return the equipment. They would not budge one inch for a "loyal customer" their words during my arguement with them.....

They will refund the money up to 10 days after "they" recieve the equipment.....my problem is that visa wont dispute the charge until 15 days after Directv receives the equipment....so with all these protection the presidents new czars are supposed to give consumers why are we still the ones being second guessed over the merchants???

I totally agree....Direct TV sucks big time. It's the biggest Rip Off I have seen in all my years and the So called Customer Service People were given a crash course in RUDE and ***
