Called AT&T for a cellular phone issue and was offered a Directv $36.99 monthly deal (Select Package) with a $300 Visa Reward Card for 12 months. Reluctantly, I accepted the offer and was switched to HENRY, a lying salesman with Directv, who confirmed the offer terms guaranteeing no additional charges and no price hike.
He processed the order. Directv Technician came the following day to install dish and ONE receiver. I asked to have the account canceled in-spite of calling a couple times to have Directv honor its initial offer but got only a sorry reps . Cheers.
