I just changed my service from Uverse to directv, the guy that came to install directv did not not communicate with me at all. I didn't know where he was installing the dish.
He installed the dish on the front side of my house, now my association wants to charge me $1000 fine. I called directv to have it moved and they want to charge me $49, This is not my fault. I had directv 10 years ago and the dish was located in my backyard the dish is still there.
Also when the guy installed the cable, he left wires hanging. I don't think I should pay because the guy did not discuss anything with me telling me where he was putting the dish or anything
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss directv customer care. DIRECTV needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
