I was with direct tv for many years carrying their premier package which rose to a cost of close to 200$ a month. I moved to a new home and canceled my service which I was charged for another month after I canceled my service.

I was even considering switching service to my new residence until I continued to receive bills for the package that I canceled.

I was treated with disrespect when I talked to their customer service, and even had to place a stop payment on my credit card on file with them in order to cancel service fully. Direct TV sucks!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of directv premium tv package. DIRECTV needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
