Ive been a direct tv customer for over 2 years. Ive paid for equipment protection the entire time.
The moment i had one small receiver to go bad not only did i have to stay on phone for an hour trying to troubleshoot it but when that didnt work they refuse to send me another box.
Now me or my husband will have to sit at home for 4 hours on a saturday to wait on a tech to tell me i need a new box then i will have to wait again to get one! It shouldn't be that hard!
