Directv - New progress Bar Needs Improvement

The colors of the progress bar are hard to resolve. The problem is that the two Greys are too close together. Change the light gray to another bright color.

Directv - Their equipment failed, we had to pay shipping

Our DVR kept failing, losing all of our recorded and future recordings. The tech would talk is through fixing it. It finally failed totally and we had to pay $20 shipping. One of our other boxes failed, in another room, and they said they can’t order two boxes in one call. What?!

Directv - My bill is outrageous

Gave my third receiver to guy who installed my cable apprentice never turned it in so I was being charged till I noticed now they want to give me partial credit which is crazy and I also don't lik the new format would like to go back to old one will probably get out of my contract soon very unhappy customer

Directv - Genie On Deman NOT AVAILABLE WITH NO ETA!!

Ive been a loyal customer but my Genie package they "upgraded" me to has now been down for over a year with no expected date of resolve!! They say since I dont pay extra theres no issue but THIS IS AN ISSUE! Also the ATT internet is slow & freezes constantly!
