We are long time DirectTV customers (20 + years) We have a problem where our DTV receiver will not connect with our WI-FI router. We called customer support (twice). After calling on june 5th 2016 and complainin about my main genie not working they said they would have it fixed in a few hours.The next 6 days I have had to reset my genie 2 times a day for my list to actually work which is *** because it messed up all my shows currently recording and I've called again and was told it should be fixed within a,few hours..... it's June 11th 2016 and it's still not fixed.
