Directv Receiver Replacement Review

Replaced a bad box with a new box that is the same model as the old one. Automatically put me into a 2 year contract extension because it's considered an upgrade I guess if the box actually works. Called customer service and they said to get out of the contract I had to pay for the 24 months as an early termination. This company is such a scam they rip off people.
