April 6, 2017, talked to three different representatives at three different times (approximately two hours apart) for a price on directv service, got three different prices. Contracted with one representative for a package less than $60 per month with 24 month contract with no increase after 12 months (with automatically billing with credit card).

After 3 months of service, the price per month was over $90 and there would be an automatic increase in price after 12 months. I spent much time trying to get the situation resolved, but to no avail. I cancelled my service.

Now I have to pay a @20.00 per month late fee for the rest of the 24 month period. If this isn't fraud, I don't know what is.
