Directv - Review in Telecommunications category
Ordered 4K service and had to upgrade my plan.Took 1 hour to order.
Sent technician out with equipment a week later and took 3 hours to install even thiugh I already had Directv service. The Tech said one of the pieces of equipment wasn't necessary so he called and cancelled that piece of equipment. Still no 4K service. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with DIRECTV today still no resolution.
Going to cancel in morning.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Spoke with 3 different managers totally incompetent.
