Have had so much trouble just trying to get an install, originali was scheduled for the 22nd two days before Thankgiving, a huge TV day, the tech cancelled the job stating no ladder.... What that is like a carpenter showing up to work with no hammer ridiculous, my brother hears of it gets pissed calls on thankgiving, yells... They schedule a tech for that day and they cancell again.....seriously kidding, customer supplies the tools lol
