I had an issue with direct tv on 12/2/2016 where my installer decided he didn't want to do my installation of 5boxes he said that we would not have reception because of the trees out back. I already have a dish out back where the old occupants had direct tv so he left I proceeded to contact customer service at 10am and got the run around allday I don't know why they have supervisors because they won't let you talk to them and no one can reach the dispatch department or reach a technician supervisor inwas hung up on three times transferred back into the que caller several times I went through this horrible ordeal from 10am until 6:30pm until I told them to just cancel my order
