Direct tv went into my bank account and just took my money for an owed bill.I cancelled my service with them and they overdrew my acct because they just went in and took more money than they should have.
I called customer service and wanted speak to a supervisor but the rep refused me to speak with her superior.
I hated the service and hated the horrible customer service, i have never had such a bad experience with any company.Do not sign that two yr contract, they will *** over!!
