Direct tv went into my bank account and just took my money for an owed bill. I cancelled my service with them and they overdrew my acct because they just went in and took more money than they should have.
I called customer service and wanted speak to a supervisor but the rep refused me to speak with her superior.
I hated the service and hated the horrible customer service, i have never had such a bad experience with any company. Do not sign that two yr contract, they will *** over!!
