Got new service from direct tv paid $108 for the new service they came the next day and installed it after the install i received a call to rate direct tv and my tech i gave all tens because it was a easy and fast process 5 minutes after i got done with the ratings my service was turned off i called and they told me someone at my house had a old bill and it has to be paid i told them that person does not live here and they said it didnt matter and i asked to get a refund and rhey told me its no refund after its installed i feel in my heart that they knew that before it was installed and i was basically scammed by them
