oh try wasting 20 hours over the last couple of weeks. Worst customer service.
Had them for over 14 years and since merging with AT&T every thing has gone down hill with them.
I cancelled 2 different times this month and they kept offering me a great rate for a year to only say that they cant offer me that, Not only once but twice did they do that. No wonder they are losing customers.
