I paid for my directv at a local at&t retail store, because they accept payment by cash.I call the directtv customer service, and I told her that I've paid the balance and would like to know when will my service will be restored.

She told me it will take up to four hours for my payment to post to my account.I think if at&t retail stores accept payments by cash then it should be posted in your account like right away instead just waiting, because that's really unfair, now I see why people prefer spectrum.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
