Was a loyal customer for nearly 20 years.I had called to see if there was anyway to lower my bill without losing channels.
They did agree to lower my bill $6 a month. Considering I was paying $120 a month that was'nt enough. Prices were constantly being increased so We decided to cancel. Took 3 phone calls and being put on hold for 20 minutes each time just to get them to send me the return kit for my recievers.
Then I started getting phones calls telling me what a loyal customer I was and what could they do to get me back. Lowering their prices would have been a good start.
Too little, too late.I will never go back to Directv.
