I have aito pay and they have once again taken alkost 300 dollars more tgan they should and when i call to get my credit they tell me i have to wait 10 business days. In the meantime i hvae a bank overdraft that im responsible for all fees and direct tvs answer is oh well its policy.. pissed off!

Company lied and added another 2 years when we moved. Unwilling to even listen or reconcile their screw ups!

Now charging for early termination even though we've unfortunately had their bad services for over two years. Will not "allow" customers to speak to anyone above the first supervisor!

Unbelievable how they can do this.

They obviously do not understand what it means to be a service. No desire to have happy customers.

They keep this up they will go out of business as I believe they should.NEVER again will I or my family do business with Direct TV or AT&T!!!
