I am not under contract, what i say doesnt matter to direct tv i requested a copy of my bill back in december 2016 and instead without authorization direct tv uses my visa to process payment.Direct tv commits credit card fraud at the customers expense and then tells them you had this on pmt on file YES it was while under 2yr promo only.

I will be contacting the better business bureau and county consumer affairs office and telling everyone that will listen. I will use social media to tell everyone of my experience.

You dont listen to customers they dont matter you are only in it to make money.Shame on you Direct TV.

Direct tv does not listen to their customers when issues arise instead they try to commit them to another contract and say this will resolve the technical issues. What a way to make money by pressuring you.
