What Horrible Horrible customer service!!!!!!$19.95 was withdrawn from my bank account on 3/9/17 without my knowledge I'm not even a direct TV customer.. I called direct TV on 3/11..I went thru 3diffrent customer service representatives and they all said they could not help me I would have to go to the website with my account# to have my money refunded..
I explained that I am not a customer and I do not have an account or an account # thru direct TV but money was taken without my authorization... My bank had to report fraudulent activity on direct tv, and I will be getting my money back...melissa
