I have canceled and returned all of my equipement and direct tv has billed my checking account without authorization. I would like these charges removed before I seek legal counsel.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

This just happened to me tonight , I call to get it reversed and they send me to a call center over seas. I've sent it all back and they said I never requested to cancel...

WHAT! YOU SENT ME RETURN EQUPT. BOXES!! I ready to seek legal counsel.

Same thing happened to me. I was a customer of theirs for 7 yrs, I finally decided to switch.

They tried to take out 519.00, without my permission. I had my bank dispute it ASAP.

Dtv said they take/keep card info when you make ONE time payments online. BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING THRU THEM & don't give ur bank account or card # to them or they will do it to you too!!!!!!!!

This just happened to me. When I called and said they had no right to go into my bank account.

They just kept repeating "Read the contract." I never had autopay and never allow any company to do this. I'm infuriated!
