DirecTV's customer service has gone south
It is unacceptable to wait a week for a guy to more check my cables before giving me a new *** box.I am not a *** that doesn't know how to check cables.
If they expect me to wait for a service rep to come out, they need to add more service reps. I had the exacpt same problem with a receiver in my last home. At that time, they sent me a new receiver and I was a happy cusotmer. Now I would leave if anyother carrier had an MLB package.
On top of that, the supervisor hung up on me.They all suck.
