It is unacceptable to wait a week for a guy to more check my cables before giving me a new *** box. I am not a *** that doesn't know how to check cables.

If they expect me to wait for a service rep to come out, they need to add more service reps. I had the exacpt same problem with a receiver in my last home. At that time, they sent me a new receiver and I was a happy cusotmer. Now I would leave if anyother carrier had an MLB package.

On top of that, the supervisor hung up on me. They all suck.

Direct TV has stood me up 3 times in 1 week. As I write this I have no service.

I have been with them since 1998, have 3 DVR & 3 receivers. I have never been late with a bill.

My contract is up in August & I am gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Try calling your local cable and asking if they have a buyout program.My local cable co has a buyout program and I got 3 months free cable when I switched from DTV. I had to fill out a form and send to the corporate office of cable and they sent me a certificate for 3 months free and I just mailed it when my first bill was due.
