We record Madame Secretary, however instead Directv always records the show '60 Minutes' and the end of Madame Secretary! When I called to find out why this keeps happening (even though we have the correct times entered) we were told their solution is to record as we are but then also record the show that comes after it as well!
That way part of Madame Secretary will be recorded as it is and we will have to search another show's recording for the rest of Madame Secretary!
And, there's always a random number missing from a list of series, so when you go to watch a recorded series and number 2 is missing you really don't get the benefit of having "On Demand!" Their solution to this problem? They didn't have one.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Get your recording function working correctly and don't ask a customer to band aid TV show recordings! Make sure all episodes in a series are on On-Demand! .
