I ordered service online and received a confirmation number and date installer was to come.Installer comes out and installs satellite dish on my roof and other equipment in living room and 3 bedrooms.
After putting holes in my walls and satellite dish on roof I'm told that service cannot be activated since I had an old balance due which I had to take care of first. I asked the obvious question of why they hadn't said that to me first prior to the installation of equipment.
Lady on the phone got rude and said she could not help me.Im still in shock.
