Called to discuss bill, change in programming. I was notified 3 weeks after the change.
My bill by $37 charging me for equipment and service that was free. The Rep couldn't understand my wife so he says and hung up on her. I've been trying for an hour to speak to supervisor good luck to me.
At this point I'm speaking to the Philippines on hold can't even cancel my service. Call centers have no authority to change, cancel or discount service
