Directv - Equipment not working

I called because my service been out for 2 days now and they are going to charge me to come out to fix it on top of the high bill i get each month. They are ridiculously expensive in a reasonable.

Directv - False advertising

Bought DirecTV at Sams club on 4/12/17. Did a 2 year contract at 69.99 per month. New bill is $133. So I called and was told I need to add a AT&T line. I was never told this and talking to the customer care rep said there was nothing he could do. I am now a former Direct TV customer. Amazing how a business will treat people.

He said the card was not the problem, it was the local feed from the channels (CBS, ABC, NBC ????) and maybe the satellite was not reaching us because of its orbit. Wow, there's a NASA excuse! He said he would refer it to the engineers and someone would get back to me.

Directv - Terrible

Yes...this new update is terrible in every way....and it seems to be hogging more bandwidth from my wifi connection. When you live in a rural setting like me, with already slow internet the last thing I need is my satellite TV hogging bandwidth.
