I signed up for DirecTV about 15 months ago and was promised $40 a month off my bill for the first 12 months. Never happened. Called couple months into this and talked to someone in Pakistan or India for an hour and a half and they finally agreed they did promise that and would fix it. That was over a year ago. Still waiting. And not to mention I lost FOX for several months with no bill reduction and currently have no NBC. Bill is still the same. Have had DirecTV for over 20 years and never a problem until AT&T bought them.

I Had Directv for 10 years, Loyal At&T Customer, have cell phone and Wifi. They jacked up my Directv Bill called no one helped me.

All they care about is $. Disconnected Service. They still said I owed them money. Paid them.

Really pissed, plus I had no channel 5, CBS,the CW station for year. And the people they got answering phones spoke poor English.Discussed with AT&T and how they treated me and my husband, never again.

Plus when it rains s no channels.They company is a very Greedy and not care about their customers well being. I really hope they go out of business soon.

Direct TV service is pitiful. As soon as ANY OTHER CARRIER has NFL Sunday ticket I will dump Direct immediately & go with another carrier.

Details
I called direct tv to cancel my service today. We are moving where it is it not an option. We had direct tv since 2008. I need it turned off in 4 days. They told me I will be be charged to the end of my billing cycle which is 15 days after I move. They told me they don’t prorate bills any more. They only terminate at the end of a billing cycle. There will be no electric and the boxes will be on the way back to the company. How can they do this?

Details
I sold my home in 2018. I had paid my directv bill a month in advance, we all do. I used 3 days of that month. I discontinued service. House was sold i was leaving. My new home wouldnt be ready for a month abd even then it would be awhile before id be moving in. I contacted directv gave them.address for refund. That was June 2018. Its now October 2019. Ive sent copies of thier final.statement showing they owe me a refund 6 times now..still nothing...

Cancelled service. Company couldn't send boxes because they were out of them. Finally after calling 2x per week, they tell me to take them to a UPS store and have them box them up. After, 1.5 months, we receive a debit card. After speaking to 7 representatives, we asked fir a paper check, not a debit card. This will take an additional 7 - 10 days. I guarantee I will not be a customer of AT&T again, including phone service

Details
As a handicapped individual, I rely a lot on television during the day. The thought that my tv shows will not be available, is really upsetting to me. I urge you to keep these networks and resolve the problems asap.

Called been a customer for 20 years they offered. 15 dollars off my bill i pay 250 dollars for preimer channels to get epix or hallmark i would have topay 12 more dollars and sumday ticket is over 400 dollars butif i was a new customer guess what i get it free these people r rude and do not care so go with dish or cable at least you can call when they go up on bill at the end of year and they will gi e ypu same deal as soon as i can i going to another probably dish because cannot get cable out hear
