We have been directv customers for over 5 years. We called to try and lower our $180.00 a month bill (that is without any sort of movie channels, hbo, showtime, etc...) and had no luck with that, so we have cancelled our service.

There are too many options out there such as ps vue, slingtv, roku, amazon, hulu netflix... and for a much more affordable price.

We are a family of seven and cannot afford almost $200.00 a month for pretty much basic cable. The fact that you wouldn't even try to help a loyal customer with good standing when you offer new customers the same service for $50 a month is ridiculous.
