From the beginning they screwed us.Between the contract and the montly bill..
Wasnt happy about the customer service either.. decided to keep it for a little longer cause I didnt want to pay the disconnection fee. got so pissed at them that I ended my contract paid all the bills. they took 127 bucks out of my bank account and than another 96 and than charged me for the dvr.
we than called to get the package for then to pick up the dvr 5x.
should of gotten 144 $ back instead we r getting 41$.mmhh something is missing
