I sold my house and planned to continue with Directv in my new house. I called Directv, made appointment for installation.

The service guy called me one day, told me he will be my house to do the installation at 11:30 am and asked me how many boxes I have, I told him 4. The service guy shown up at 12:30 pm, he checked the house and told me that he needs 4 TVs for installing 4 boxes, I told him that when Directv installed 4 boxes in my house last time, I only have one TV in my room, but why does he need 4 TVs this time? He told me he can't install and left.

I called DirecTV to discontinue their service, they told me that they will charge me for early termination, I told that their service guy won't install 4 boxes for me, I have to terminate the service, but Directv told they understand, but have to charge me for early termination.

I am really pissed!
