Directv - Incompetant workers

Set up a move request two weeks before the move. They had no problems disconnecting the service, but sent the tech right back out to the old address to reconnect instead of to the new address. Couldn't send them to the new address because their system showed an active order to the old address. Their Executive Level should feel so proud to be leading this group of incompetent people.

Because I went from regular att to their side co. Direct tv. It tookme 6 mo. to hey promised by att and many many hours(1 call lasted 4 hrs.) Att and direct tvs are rude and untruthful. When my contract time is up they are history. Direct tv is not a good company and goez out in small weather issues. G C

Called to have my service moved and it was suppose to be free. Guy come out to hook it up and decided to put in wireless so he doesnt have to run the cable. Now they are charging me $500.00 for the hook up. Called customer service to complain and kept me on hold for an hour and never responded to my questions. *** poor service

Scheduled appt for moving package. They were no show. Had to drive 3 hrs one way stay 3 days without any service. Tried to reschedule was on phone for over 2 hrs getting agents that were not experienced or could not understand thier language. Worst experience aggh.. Told them to cancel an switched to Dish !!#

Directv - Really can't believe their incompetance.

Ok, here goes. We read all the information about their product called "movers connection". They describe it as an easy way to continue using their services with no hassle. We moved and closed on 10/4/17. Advised them in advance we would be downgrading our service from premier to xtra and reducing our TV's from 4 to 2. To entice us to stay they offered us Sunday ticket max this season for free. I don't have time to post all my dealings with them since this "easy move" began, but I can assure you my telephone contacts, personnel at the house are in the twenties. NO EXAGGERATION! Just so you know my motivation for this post is that I just received my most recent bill and guess what they still are billing me for "Sunday ticket" and for 4 TV's.

I live in a campground when i contacted direct tv i told them my wife is a traveling RN we move to different campground every three months they said no problem pay an extra 8 dollars a month for the service contract and when you move we will move satellite dish at no charge THATS A LIE every operator tells you something different now im stuck with a two year contract they are legalized con artist

When I set up to transfer to DirecTV told them a price I could pay and what channel's the Filipinos said it would be no problem had the service for approximately two months two bills anywhere from 30 to $45 more than I agreed to. very seldom get anybody in America to speak to, mostly Filipinos they lie to you and don't return phone calls I suggest not using this service at all. I just cancelled it and they tried to tell me after they lied to me that I would have an early termination fee I don't think that will happen.

Directv - Poor customer service

I called AT&T to cancel services, today around 10 a,m, I was so angry regarding high bills and although representatives tried to help me downgrade or whatever I never could afford the billings. I told representative to cancel my services: cable; internet and not to cancel my cell phone or land line. Thru all my anger I probably said cancel everything, Then I was having Comcast to install and I said I will still have my old phone number and they said it had to be ported from at&t to them. I then called at&t back and asked if they would port this number to Comcast. They indicated they couldn't because they had cancelled the request. I asking them to reconnect the number, They said they couldn't , however it was only an hour ago. I begged to get this number back as my husband is sick with Alzheimer's and has recently been hospitalized and we have had this number for 26 years. At&T said they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Our doctors have this number and family and my husband can sometimes only remember this number. Well, I just couldn't believe nothing could be done. Why was I so angry, I pulled this statement from my mailbox. stating your account is disconnected. Well, this is unbelievable, it showed my last payment on this bill, however it was a statement for my 91 year old aunt, with her former billing address of 5140 Sunlight Place in Los Angeles California. Does this mean, I was paying also for a bill in Los Angeles when my aunt has been here for 7years? This was it! I NEED MY OLD NUMBER BACK. I WILL BE GOING TO THE FCC AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WILL LISTEN.
