I've been a customer of this company since 1996. 20 years.

Never once had a late payment. My wife called to have service changed to new house and these jerks wanted 200-500 dollars to move service. I called back and after trying to cancel service they say oh well we can do it for free. Over an hour on phone...

if I canceled would cost 200 dollars??? One year left on this bad company contract and I'm done. Their satellites don't even work with cloud cover.

My advice to anyone don't sign with Dtv. They have become one of the worst of the worst and that's coming from a long loyal customer.
