I decided to call the complaints departs. I reached a very helpful rep that understood my situation and took the time to help me completely

They are horrible.Everything they say to get you signed up is a lie.
Told me when i moved to my house in a few month wouldnt charge me a moving fee turns out when its time for me to move i get charged 199 or i can pay almoat 400 to cancel what a joke. Then the lady keep saying i understand your frusterations unfortunatly blah blah we arent going to do *** to correct a mistake or a lie that our rep told. Not in those words but thats what she ment.
I cant wait to cancel my contract with them and att.Worst experience ever.
