The worst company ever.I signed up for a 2 year contract in Costco on 2014.
Back then, the representative told me I was going to pay $50 every month for the first year, and $70 for the second. My surprise was that for the second year I was charged for $100 every month and when I called, the representative told me there was nothing to do, so I paid $100 every month for more than a year. I called today to cancel the service, and they said that since I moved last year, my contract was renewed, but. I body told me that last year, and now I'm paying $60 more...
the worst customer service ever.
Please think twice if you are thinking I'm getting directv...believe me anything else would be better
