Had called 3 times in the last 16 months in regards of additional charges for channels not requested. have not been able to get full credit for those since I notified them after billing cycle ended" Has taken almost 20 minutes and 3 different customer service reps every time I called to get some answer and at the the end always offer a different service than what I m complaining about. Very poor customer service, can't wait when 2 yr contract...
