Directv dropped one of our favorite channels without any prior notice.When we called to make a query, we were told we would need to upgrade our package by paying almost twice as much in order to keep receiving the channel.
Our complaints via email went unanswered. And it's impossible to get through to a manager on the phone. Directv used to be a first-rate company. It's now a third-rate operation that does not give a hoot about its customers.
Every time there is a storm we lose reception. The two Directv dishes on our roof are an eyesore. AND customer service is nonexistent!
We are seriously looking into Fios and cable.Directv does not deserve our hard-earned money.
