Worst service ever. DIRECTV has acknowledged my satellite isn't working properly, and informed me that I have to pay to have it repaired.

Why? Dish Network never charged me when it was their equipment at fault. DIRECTV should be sued for overcharging customers for packages, support and service. I have paid over $300 for Sunday Ticket, it doesn't even include Red Zone, and half the time the channels don't even work.

Get Dish Network!!!

They have so much better service!!! I can't wait to go back.
