I've had direct tv since 8/14 and have needed multiple service calls including 3 "new" boxes, multiple remotes and *** service. I ran a receiver check with multiple codes such as "critical storage error" and "satellite direction error" so naturally I called tech support and they promptly explain that in order to have a service tech come to my house it would cost me $49.00.
Absolutely rediculous that they would expect me to pay for a service call so that their equipment will work!
Can't wait to replace them and the spotty, lagging and just pathetic service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
