They are a terrible terrible company to deal with. Their customer service is the worse ever. 20 hours on the phone in one trying to deal with a problem and ten different departments later still no resolution. A horrible company people do not deal with them they will screw you.

Talked to 3 different people to solve an issue and got 3 different answers. First, my remote was bad, they did send a new one free. Second, a tech needed to come fix the receiver. Third, I needed a new receiver!! Never wished I switched from Dish!

App sticks. Genie has only one hdmi. Costumer support sticks. No called I'd on genie. No find my remote on genie. The list just goes on. The service men are lazy and give you excuses why they can mount a dish where u want it because their to lazy to get a ladder of the truck. They will mount it on your front porch so it look like a slump neighborhood

New format is a mess. Previous comments are correct. Menu is harder to use. This new software update is not an upgrade. You should go back to the prior format.
