Tried to call customer service because of two DVRs not operating properly. Never could get a person on the phone and the prompts were not for equipment malfunction.
Tried going online to log into my account and after each button it took me back to the login prompt Never had an issue with Directv until ATT took over. But it's back to same old *** with ATT.
Their only priority is to get new customers and screw the ones they already have. I'm called Spectrum
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of directv technical support. DIRECTV needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
