Poor repair service, our main box that was just installed was defective, we called and after going through the steps , tech service said issue was there's and would send out a new box. All of the info was given and we were told , all we have to do is hook up the new box and everything , including wireless receivers would work.

WRONG , having same problem and now wireless receivers do not work, were told they would have to send a tech out, problem was called in 1-26, earliest appointment is 1-30. I find that totally unacceptable. Why is it, problem was created by DISH with there equipment. Your service is poor for repairs.

I will not recommend this to anyone else. Now I need to take a day off work ( costing me a days wages) , because nobody was available for Saturday.
